Car crashed into Kolding Hospital: 32-year-old driver charged
A 32-year-old driver, influenced by drugs and alcohol, crashed into Kolding Hospital's emergency entrance, leading to four arrests but no injuries.
Four individuals have been arrested following an incident where a car crashed into the entrance of the emergency department at Kolding Hospital last night. According to a press release from the Southeast Jutland Police, the vehicle collided not only with the hospital building but also with two parked cars. Fortunately, no injuries were reported as a result of the crash.
The driver, a 32-year-old man, has been charged for endangering safety and for operating a vehicle while under the influence of both alcohol and narcotics. Alongside the driver, three other passengers were in the vehicle at the time of the incident. All four individuals have since been released. Police Commissioner Casper Christensen stated that investigations are ongoing, and it is currently unclear if the charges will be modified or if additional charges will be brought forth.
