Campina Grande in ParaΓba, Brazil, is set to host the Carnival of Peace 2026, which begins on February 12 and will run until February 17. The event will feature the opening of the Christian Consciousness event, which has been held for 28 editions and is significant to the local evangelical community. The theme for this year's event is 'The Church of Christ', and it will take place mainly in the Parque do Povo, which expects a circulation of approximately 100,000 people over the course of six days.
The programming for the Carnival includes more than 20 activities, covering various formats such as lectures, seminars, and other events, with special segments targeted toward families, children, and women. The event is designed to cater to a diverse audience, ensuring that it remains engaging and relevant to different groups within the community. Additionally, there are 16 plenaries and 13 parallel events scheduled to enhance the overall experience.
