Road Assistance has been dispatched over 50 times in Southern and South Jutland

Snow has begun to accumulate in Southern and South Jutland, prompting over 50 dispatches by local road assistance services.

In Southern and South Jutland, the onset of snow has resulted in increased activity for road assistance services, with Falck Assistance and SOS Dansk Autohjælp responding to over 50 calls this morning alone. These calls have ranged from providing jump starts to assisting with minor accidents. Lene Forsingdal, the station manager for SOS Dansk Autohjælp in South Jutland, highlighted that all their vehicles are fully staffed to handle the adverse weather conditions.

As the snow spreads, particularly towards Kolding, the situation remains a concern for both drivers and assistance crews. Forsingdal emphasized the unpredictability of the weather and explained their proactive measures to ensure all resources are available to respond effectively. Safety on the roads is becoming increasingly critical as slippery conditions develop, affecting travel for many commuters in the area.

The combined efforts of both assistance organizations underline the community's response to weather challenges, illustrating the importance of preparedness during winter months. With more snowfall anticipated, it will be crucial for drivers to stay informed and heed travel advisories to maintain safety on the roads.
