Rain in Alagoas: see what the weather will be like until Friday
After a weekend of heavy rain and flooding in various cities, the weather remains unstable in Alagoas with more rain expected.
Alagoas has been experiencing unstable weather conditions following a weekend of heavy rainfall that caused significant flooding and damage across various cities. The forecast indicates that the skies will remain overcast for the coming days, with a high likelihood of intermittent rain, particularly in coastal areas and the Zona da Mata region. The presence of a High-Level Cyclonic Vortex (VCAN) near the Northeast coast is causing increased cloud cover and contributing to ongoing rain in the state.
On Wednesday, the forecast predicts overcast skies with the possibility of passing rain in almost all regions of Alagoas. In Maceió, temperatures are expected to range from a minimum of 22°C to a maximum of 31°C, with rain anticipated both in the morning and evening. Areas in the Agreste and Sertão may also experience showers, with temperatures peaking at around 34°C and 36°C, respectively, making for variable weather conditions.
By Thursday, it is expected that the weather will become more stable, with a reduction in rainfall across most of the state. In Maceió, the maximum temperature is forecast to be around 28°C. Friday’s conditions indicate a continuation of this instability, suggesting that residents should remain vigilant as further rain could still impact the region.
