Three individuals have been charged in connection to the murder of an 18-year-old TikTok creator, with the most severe charges against one suspect being first-degree murder.
The Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office announced on February 9 that 19-year-olds Dwayne Exilus and Isaiah Walker, along with 18-year-old Jahbron Goff, have been charged with conspiracy to unlawfully possess a firearm, unlawful possession of a weapon, hindering prosecution, and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose. Jahbron Goff faces the most severe charges including first-degree murder, indicating the seriousness of his involvement in the case. The other two suspects are additionally charged with hindering the apprehension of another individual.
The incident leading to these charges occurred on June 12, 2025, when 18-year-old Ch. Whyte was shot. According to the prosecutorβs office, law enforcement quickly responded to reports of gunfire and found the young man with a gunshot wound upon arrival. Tragically, efforts to save his life were unsuccessful, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
In the aftermath of the shooting, it was reported that initially two individuals were arrested, including a juvenile and an 18-year-old. The latest updates from the prosecutor's report confirm that the juvenile, Jahbron Goff, has since been charged as an adult, indicating the severe legal implications surrounding this case and the ongoing concerns about youth violence and gun control in the community.
