Sanremo, Pilar Fogliati, Tiziano Ferro, and Irina Shayk on stage at the Ariston
The upcoming Sanremo Festival features Pilar Fogliati as co-host, with Tiziano Ferro returning as a special guest and Irina Shayk co-hosting one of the event's nights.
As the Sanremo Festival approaches, the event's lineup is becoming clearer day by day. Notable additions include Pilar Fogliati, who will serve as the co-host for the second evening on February 25, alongside artists Achille Lauro and Lillo. Also, widely recognized Italian singer Tiziano Ferro is set to return to the Ariston stage as the special guest on the festival's opening night on February 24.
Carlo Conti, one of the festival directors, has confirmed Ferro's participation, marking a return to more 'traditional' elements of the festival. After speculation regarding Ferro's potential appearance last year, where he collaborated with Nek on Massimo Ranieri's song, this return solidifies Ferro's strong ties with the festival, having been a consistent presence over the years, including a notable performance in the 2020 edition.
Additionally, the festival will showcase international presence with model Irina Shayk co-hosting the third night on February 26, alongside Carlo Conti and Laura Pausini. The preparations suggest that Sanremo is aiming for a grand and diverse celebration of music, featuring iconic figures from both the Italian and international scenes, reaffirming its importance in the cultural calendar of Italy.
