Woman dies after collision between motorcycle and truck in western Bahia

A 41-year-old woman died following a collision between her motorcycle and a truck in Bom Jesus da Lapa, western Bahia.

Emergency services responded promptly, with Janete being transported by a Mobile Emergency Care Service (Samu) team to the local Immediate Care Unit (UPA). Unfortunately, she succumbed to her injuries shortly after arrival. Meanwhile, the truck driver stayed at the accident scene and was taken to the 24th Regional Coordinating Police Station to provide his statement about the incident.
