This funding specifically aims to finance the rehabilitation and construction of more than 200 miles of essential road infrastructure throughout The Bahamas. This initiative is particularly notable as it was formalized through a Framework Agreement with the Government of The Bahamas during the 48th Conference of Heads of Governments of Caricom held in Bridgetown, Barbados in 2025.
