In the neighborhood of Jardim Palmeira, located in Gralha Azul, Fazenda Rio Grande, a new Family Health Unit is currently in the planning stages and has recently entered the bidding phase for its construction. This unit, designated as a Type III facility, will feature an extensive structure and resources comparable to those available in existing local health units like Gralha Azul and Pioneiros.

The project has received approval and is now waiting for the completion of the bidding process, after which the chosen construction company will commence work. The initiative aims to enhance healthcare accessibility for residents of Jardim Palmeira and its surrounding areas by bringing medical services closer to them.

In addition to the new Family Health Unit, there are ongoing projects for renovations and expansions at the Santarém and São Sebastião units, which are also currently undergoing the bidding process.
