Francine Rossi, a motorcycle racer, tragically passed away on Sunday after suffering a severe accident while participating in the 21st Rally Cuesta, taking place in Botucatu, São Paulo. The race began on Friday and was an important event marking the opening of the Brazilian Rally Baja Championship. Rossi collided with a tree during the course of the final stage of the competition. According to the police report, there was no involvement from other competitors in the crash.

Following the accident, the medical team on-site provided immediate assistance, and Rossi was stabilized before being transported via mobile Intensive Care Unit (ICU) to a private hospital in Botucatu. Unfortunately, upon arrival, he experienced another cardiac arrest and could not be revived. The tragedy has prompted the local authorities to classify the incident as a suspicious death, and the Civil Police have initiated an investigation to ascertain the circumstances surrounding the fatality.
