According to the Chamber of Shopkeepers of Natal (CDL Natal), stores will operate under different schedules to accommodate the festive occasion. On Saturday, February 14, normal operating hours will resume, with street commerce open from 8 AM to 5 PM and shopping malls from 10 AM to 10 PM. However, Monday, February 16, will see many street shops and supermarkets close due to the celebration of 'Dia do Comerciário' (Merchant's Day), with some malls potentially operating on a voluntary basis.
