A couple traveling on a Buser charter bus from Belo Horizonte to Juiz de Fora faced a distressing situation when their bus was seized by authorities due to identified irregularities. This incident occurred on BR-040, where inspectors from the Department of Highways of Minas Gerais (DER-MG) conducted checks that resulted in the bus's confiscation.
