Fire Captain Correia provided details about the response to the incident, stating that their fire truck arrived on the scene and confirmed the location of the blaze. The firefighters were able to isolate the burning room and extinguished the fire quickly, thereby preventing it from spreading further into the apartment. However, the room where the fire originated was completely destroyed.

Fortunately, no one was present in the apartment during the fire, resulting in no injuries. The fire department has also indicated that an investigation will be conducted to determine the cause of the fire.
