A 30-year-old man tragically died in Kano, Nigeria, while attempting to retrieve a gas cylinder from a well during an emergency.

A fatal incident occurred in Gwarzo Local Government Area of Kano State, Nigeria, where a 30-year-old man named Ashahabu Ubale died after he entered a well to retrieve a burning gas cylinder. The situation emerged when the gas cylinder was thrown into the well, prompting Ubale to attempt a rescue. The Kano State Fire Service confirmed the event through a statement from its Public Relations Officer Saminu Abdullahi, which detailed the emergency response that followed.
