The Institute for Peace and Conflict Resolution (IPCR) has issued a strong condemnation of the recent killings of innocent citizens across Nigeria, labeling the violence as senseless and unacceptable. The statement, signed by the Institute's Director-General Joseph Ochogwu, highlights the urgent need for stronger security measures in rural areas, which have been increasingly targeted by insurgents, terrorists, and bandits.
