According to Vladyslav Belbas, the director of Ukrainian Armor, the Bohdana was first transferred to Slovakia before being shipped to Saudi Arabia aboard a Ukrainian An-124 Ruslan cargo aircraft. With a weight of 28 tonnes, the howitzer is being introduced to one of the world's largest arms markets, where opportunities for military cooperation and partnerships are significant.
