Polish snowboarder Aleksandra Król-Walas has qualified for the quarterfinals of the giant slalom at the Olympics after finishing fifth in the qualifying round.
In a notable performance, Polish snowboarder Aleksandra Król-Walas secured her place in the quarterfinals of the Olympic giant slalom by finishing fifth in the qualifying round, clocking in a time of 1:33.18. This achievement places her among the top sixteen competitors in the parallel slalom event, showcasing her potential on the international stage. Fellow Polish athlete Maria Bukowska-Chyc, however, faced challenges, finishing 27th among 32 participants in the qualifications and did not advance further with a time of 1:39.17.
