The Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) has announced the arrest of 65-year-old Lyubomir Korba in Dubai, implicated in an assassination attempt against Lieutenant General Vladimir Alexeyev, who serves as the First Deputy Head of Russia's Main Intelligence Directorate (GRU).
