This project will not only introduce the Torre Madrid Norte, which is destined to become the tallest building in Western Europe at 330 meters but will also integrate residential, commercial, and green spaces, creating a comprehensive urban environment. The project is estimated to generate over 200,000 jobs during its construction phase and an additional 146,000 jobs linked to future office and retail activities.
