The ruling party in the Central African Republic rejects the opposition leader's announcement of winning the presidential elections.

The ruling National Movement for the Unity party in the Central African Republic has categorically rejected opposition leader Anicet-Georges Dologuélé's declaration of victory in the December 28 presidential elections, prior to the official results set to be announced on January 5.
