Janakpuri Accident: Biker Fell into a Pit, Three People Knew, But... Shocking Revelation by Police

A biker named Kamal Dhyani died after falling into a pit in Janakpuri, Delhi, as police revealed that multiple people were aware of the incident but failed to inform authorities or assist the victim.

In the Janakpuri area of Delhi, a tragic accident occurred where biker Kamal Dhyani fell into an open pit, leading to an investigation by the Delhi police. During the investigation, a shocking revelation came to light that several individuals were aware of the incident yet did not take any action to report it or help the victim. The DCP (West) Sharad Bhaskar stated that a witness had observed the accident and notified a guard, who subsequently relayed the information to a contractor's worker, Yogesh.

Despite the efforts of the individuals who were informed, no one contacted the police or an ambulance for assistance. It was revealed that the worker, Yogesh, saw Dhyani's bike light still on in the pit, indicating that he might still be alive. However, even after the information was disseminated, no emergency services were called. This lack of action despite knowing that a person had fallen into the pit has raised serious concerns, and all individuals involved are being pursued by the police. Yogesh is currently on the run, while sub-contractor Rajesh Prajapati has been arrested.

The incident has sparked outrage and underscores significant issues regarding public responsibility and the swift response to accidents in urban areas. The Delhi police have confirmed that an autopsy of Kamal Dhyani has been conducted, and the investigation aims to ensure accountability among those who knew of the incident but chose to remain inactive, potentially leading to serious consequences for their inaction.
