This edition aims to attract more than 240 thousand participants, marking a substantial increase compared to previous years. The festival will also include the Paracuru Cultura & Folia, showcasing various musical and cultural activities at different venues throughout the city, enhancing the Carnival experience beyond the main events.

A notable addition for the 2026 Carnival is the establishment of the Arena Paracuru Folia, a massive venue spanning 17 thousand square meters, which will accommodate up to 50 thousand attendees, with VIP areas for an additional 6 thousand patrons. This arena will be located approximately 1.2 kilometers from the city's main avenue, contributing to the festive atmosphere and allowing easier crowd management. The city's preparations underline the importance of infrastructure in supporting large-scale events like this carnival.
