A major fraud case involving 500 to 1000 crores was uncovered in Gurugram with the arrest of Dhruvadatt Sharma, who allegedly deceived millions with promises of high rental returns.
A shocking case of fraud worth between 500 and 1000 crores has come to light in Gurugram, resulting in the arrest of Dhruvadatt Sharma, the director of 32 Milestone Avenue. The police allege that Sharma lured countless victims with the promise of higher rental returns through his investment schemes, leading to massive financial losses for the individuals involved. Despite the appealing offers, victims received no returns on their investments, highlighting the deceitful nature of Sharma's operations.
According to police reports, victims reported their grievances to law enforcement two months ago during an open session with the police commissioner, which prompted an investigation into Sharma's dealings. The initial findings suggest that Sharma not only failed to deliver on his promises but also misappropriated millions of rupees. The absence of any genuine returns has raised concerns among investors and brought the fraudulent activities into public scrutiny.
Further investigations revealed that Sharma utilized the funds collected from victims to invest in luxury villas along the beaches of Goa and properties in Neemrana, Rajasthan. This elaborate scam, which targeted a vast number of individuals under the pretense of assured rental returns, has now caught the attention of law enforcement, ensuring that action is taken against such fraudulent schemes in the future.
