Mayor of Tequila claimed to be 'subordinate' of 'Mencho', leader of CJNG: 'He is the boss', reveals complaint

Diego 'N', the mayor of Tequila in Jalisco, allegedly referred to himself as a subordinate of Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes, known as 'El Mencho', leader of the Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG), and reportedly agreed to hand over 40 million pesos annually in exchange for cooperation in illicit activities.
