KCAP expresses concern over Seoul's high-rise redevelopment plan exceeding 140m in front of Jongmyo Shrine

The Dutch architectural firm KCAP has expressed its concerns to UNESCO regarding Seoul's new redevelopment plan for a high-rise building over 140m in height, which contradicts their previous design agreement for a maximum height of 71.9m that respects the historical context of the Jongmyo Shrine.
