Pesticides used in corn production in Ecuador cause genetic damage in rodents

Scientists from the Technical Particular University of Loja (UTPL) tested four pesticides commonly used in corn cultivation in Ecuador, finding they caused genetic damage to cells from Chinese hamster ovaries even at legal exposure limits.
