Was to provide swimming instruction to minority children – convicted of fraud

Two twin brothers in their 30s have been convicted of serious fraud after receiving over 600,000 kroner in grants from the county governor of Oslo and Viken for providing swimming lessons to minority background children, of which little was actually delivered, according to a ruling from the Oslo District Court.
