Motorcyclist who had an accident after getting tangled in wiring in Santos, SP, will be compensated

A court in Santos, São Paulo, ordered the city government to compensate a motorcyclist with R$ 8,850 after he got tangled in a telecommunications cable that had fallen onto the street, as it ruled the municipal administration failed in its oversight duties.
