Liquid E-Cigarettes to Face 100,000 Won Fine for Use in Non-Smoking Areas Starting April

From April, users of liquid e-cigarettes containing synthetic nicotine will face fines for using them in non-smoking areas, with the regulation expanding across all tobacco products as per a recent amendment to the Tobacco Business Act.
