Tomašević: There was never a contract for Thompson's second concert in Zagreb

Zagreb mayor Tomislav Tomašević stated that he sees no criminal responsibility in a complaint filed against him by singer Marko Perković Thompson, affirming that he acted in accordance with the law and that the City of Zagreb suffered no financial damage.
