A PE teacher from Northern Ireland, Peter Shepherd, was charged with assaulting an easyJet flight attendant during a drunken incident on a flight returning from Egypt.

Peter and Dušan Majerov, who own a sheep farm in Ľubietová, reported the theft of six valuable trained shepherd dogs, leading police to reclassify the investigation from a misdemeanor to a felony.
